By the decision of the Sole Shareholder No. 24 dated March 26, 2026, Kristina Sergeyevna Krivets was elected as an independent director of JSC “LOK Ok-Zhetpes.”

Kristina Sergeyevna is an expert in healthcare, strategic development, and project management, with a multidisciplinary education in medicine, law, and economics.

She has experience working in government bodies and medical organizations, including managing projects in the healthcare system, developing medical infrastructure, and implementing quality management systems.

She is the founder and CEO of a medical company, as well as the President of the Kazakhstan Association of Medical Tourism.

She has significant experience in corporate governance, the implementation of investment and infrastructure projects, and the expert evaluation of industry initiatives.

She has been awarded state and industry honors for her contribution to the development of healthcare in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
